From acquisitions to repairs, we handle every step of the process with one mission in mind: shaping the future of affordable housing in the U.S.**The Role**As a **Compliance Property Manager**, you’ll be the go-to person for all things related to tax credit / LIHTC compliance.**What You’ll Do**- **Screening**: Verify income, assets, and other eligibility criteria for applicants. Partner with our compliance vendor to keep the process seamless and accurate.- **Compliance**: annual recertifications and other paperwork for existing tenants to satisfy tax credit property requirements- **Stay organized**: Keep systems (Appfolio, Talkroute, Slack) updated so the whole team stays in sync.**What We’re Looking For**- 1+ year of leasing, property management, or customer-facing experience.- LIHTC/tax credit experience strongly preferred- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.- Comfortable with digital tools and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.- Empathetic, people-first mindset—able to balance professionalism with authenticity.- A self-starter who thrives in a remote or hybrid setup.**Perks & Benefits**- Flexible schedule that supports work-life balance.- Remote-first, with hybrid-friendly options.- Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company.- A collaborative, innovative team that values learning and ownership.**Location**This is a remote-friendly role.
