Responsibilities Perform sample preparation and initial assessment of defective, electrical, and mechanical parts. Write reports summarizing findings using current records required by CSG and/or QMS. Implement, maintain, and improve laboratory equipment and related tooling used in the lab and production floor. Route issues for further analysis to the CSG Team in China if required. Coordinate Failure Analysis Technicians and develop training plans. Execute internal training for Failure Analysis Technicians and Repair personnel. Be part of QMS internal Auditors and perform any additional duties as assigned by management. Travel may be required, including initial travel to China for training. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Technology, or a related field. +3 years of related experience in the electronic manufacturing industry. Experience in failure analysis, electronic manufacturing, and repair tooling is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
