Buscamos talento comprometido, con enfoque en la atención al cliente y habilidades para coordinar procesos logísticos y administrativos.**Perfil requerido**:- Licenciatura concluida en Administración, Marketing o carrera afín.- Mínimo 2 año de experiência comprobable en atención al cliente o áreas afines.- Nível de inglés intermedio.- Conocimientos en planeación, logística, administración y servicio al cliente.- Disponibilidad para laborar en horario fijo (zona horaria central).**Principales responsabilidades**:- Atender a los clientes, confirmar pedidos y comunicar fechas de embarque y/o seguimiento.- Recibir pedidos y programarlos con el área de planeación conforme a las fechas establecidas por el cliente.- Elaborar y mantener actualizados los reportes de seguimiento de pedidos.- Capturar pedidos provenientes de las áreas productivas.- Compras- Dar seguimiento puntual a cada pedido con todas las áreas involucradas (surtimiento, almacén, embarque).- Preparar e identificar correctamente el material para su embarque.- Coordinar el envío de muestras cuando sea requerido por el cliente.**Ofrecemos**:- Prestaciones de ley desde el primer día.- Transporte de personal.- Ambiente laboral dinámico y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.**Únete a SKYTEX y forma parte de una empresa comprometida con la calidad y el talento humano**Impulsa tu carrera en la industria têxtil junto a una compañía innovadora y en constante crecimiento.
