**IT Recruiter Junior****Description**:We are looking for a talent to help find and attract key talent.We will need you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding. You should have a sharp developed eye for talented people and a strong commitment.**What will you do?**- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts (talent capacity planning)- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans- Lead and co- design employer branding initiatives- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs with key stakeholders- Design and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement**Requirements**:- Educational background: Barchelor's degree in Phychology or similar.- 1 year of experience working as a Recruiter in an IT company or for a Recruiting firm.- Experience in full-cycle recruiting- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques- Proficient in the use of social media- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles- Working knowledge of databases- Excellent communicator- Well-organized and strategic thinker- Experience in recruiting the area of TI. International recruiting experience is a plus.Horary: Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.English requirement advancedLocation: Hermosillo, Sonora.
