**HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER****RESPONSIBILITIES**- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all regulations applicable.- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys.- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.- Ensure the organization’s compliance with all applicable regulations.- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.- Maintain HR systems and processes.- Conduct performance and salary reviews.- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.- Design and implement employee retention strategies.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Effective verbal and written communication skills.- Experience with the human capital management system (HCM’s).- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork.- Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning.**EDUCATION**- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.- 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles.- 3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations.- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.- Master’s degree in related field preferred.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $90,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Teléfono de la empresa- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividadPregunta(s) de postulación:- Ingreso bruto mensual actual o más recienteIdioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
