Job Reference:- - Location:- Monterrey- Category:- Technology- Solution:- Other**SAP Finance Specialist**Your Team ResponsibilitiesMSCI Inc. seeks a dynamic SAP Finance Specialist, with proven experience in delivering SAP ECC Order-to-Cash processes, including Sales & Distribution (SD), Billing, Order & Entry Management, Financial Accounting (FI), and Accounts Receivables (A/R). This role will be part of the Business Technology department and located in Monterrey (Mexico), working closely with finance and business stakeholders to ensure the systems that manage revenue management and core finance operations operate seamlessly and efficiently.As part of our Finance Technology team, you will be responsible for contributing to global projects for the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of both Finance Systems and Finance Processes to automate and streamline order-to-cash operations. This includes working with ERP modules and ensuring integration with other financial and reporting tools.As an individual contributor, you will collaborate across regions and departments to ensure that technology solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements, driving continuous improvements in order-to-cash processes, while ensuring compliance with controls and audit requirements.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs a SAP Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for:- ** System Management for Order-to-Cash**: Operate, maintain, and improve the systems that support order-to-cash processes, ensuring they are compliant our standard operating procedures.- ** System Enhancements**: Contribute to the identification, development, and implementation of system enhancements that automate and improve the accuracy and efficiency of order-to-cash operations.- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with Business (finance, sales, sales operations, product, client services, etc.) and IT teams to translate order-to-cash requirements into technical solutions. Ensure smooth integration of financial systems with other financial and operational platforms.- ** Project Management**: Contribute to projects related to system upgrades, new functionality deployments, and process automation initiatives. Ensure that your assigned tasks are delivered on time and follow our quality standards.- ** Compliance and Audit Support**: Ensure that the systems supporting order-to-cash processes are compliant with internal controls and regulatory requirements, including SOX cycles, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and audit protocols.- ** Training and Support**: Provide technical guidance and training to finance and IT teams on the systems and processes supporting order-to-cash. Act as the go-to expert for system-related inquiries and troubleshooting.- ** Continuous Improvement**: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in financial systems and processes, leveraging new technologies and best practices to optimize performance.- ** Stakeholder Communication**: Communicate system updates, enhancements, and issues to senior IT leadership and key stakeholders within the finance and business departments.Your skills and experience that will help you excel- ** Process Knowledge**: Familiarity with end-to-end order-to-cash processes in a US-GAAP organization in the financial services, banking, or high-tech industry, specifically from a systems and automation perspective. Experience with order-to-cash modules like SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA.
