Why CompuCom? (Overview):Responsible for obtaining warranty service parts or equipment, processing repair orders, or procuring non-warranty parts as required. Performs varied purchasing assignments to obtain parts to meet customer demands. Follows established procedures, practices and policies to place orders and expedite delivery of parts.What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities):- Order warranty parts accurately within company policies and procedures.- Negotiates timely delivery commitments with vendors. This includes, but is not limited to, placing orders with preferred vendors in order to ensure that product is delivered as requested to meet customer/service needs and at the optimum price.- Provide support by coordinating and expediting the repair, return, or exchange of defective parts.- Exercises judgment and working knowledge of parts and preferred sources of supply to make purchase at price consistent with quality and quantity. This includes following procurement guidelines to achieve organizational goals.Who You Are (Qualifications):- Language Skills: English- Competencies:- Excellent communication- Good organization- Administration skills- Strong attention to detail.- Information Systems:- Experience with information systems of G-suite, Microsoft Office, and other processing systems.
