Why CompuCom? (Overview):Responsible for restocking warranty inventory pulled from CC warehouses to complete Warranty services as required. Performs varied purchasing assignments to obtain parts to meet customer demands. Follows established procedures, practices and policies to place orders and expedite return of replaced parts.What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities):- Order warranty parts accurately within company policies and procedures.- Negotiates timely delivery commitments with vendors. This includes, but is not limited to, placing orders with preferred OEMs in order to ensure that product is delivered as requested to restock CompuCom inventory used in Warranty services.- Provide support by coordinating and expediting the repair, return, or exchange of defective parts.- Exercises judgment and working knowledge of parts and preferred sources of supply to make purchase at price consistent with quality and quantity. This includes following procurement guidelines to achieve organizational goals.Who You Are (Qualifications):- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience (Logistics Preferred)- 1 year experience in related field- Language Skills: English- Competencies:- Excellent communication- Good organization- Administration skills- Strong attention to detail- Information Systems:- Experience with information systems of G-suite, Microsoft Office, and other processing systems
