**VACANTE: CARRIER SALES****Ubicación**: Querétaro (100% presencial)**Horario**: Lunes a viernes, de 08:00 a 18:00 hrs**Objetivo del puesto**:Cubrir los requerimientos de transporte de los clientes con la mejor opción en costo-servicio-beneficio, mediante la creación de un portafolio de proveedores.**Principales funciones**:- Prospección de líneas transportistas- Compras de transporte- Evaluación y desarrollo de proveedores- Negociación con proveedores- Operación logística nacional terrestre**Experiência requerida**: 2 a 3 años en áreas mencionadas.**Requisitos**:- Escolaridad: Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Logística, Comercio Internacional, Relaciones Internacionales, Administración o afín (titulado).- Conocimiento indispensable en:- Transporte terrestre 48’ y 53’- Tarifas del mercado logístico- Excel intermedio/avanzado (tablas dinámicas y dashboards)- Conocimiento deseable en rutas nacionales- Contar con cartera de proveedores de transporte terrestre nacional 5ta rueda**Competencias clave**:- Negociación estratégica- Orientación al cliente- Comprensión del negocio- Relaciones efectivas**Compensación y beneficios**:- **Sueldo base bruto**: $22,500- **Sueldo variable**: Hasta $10,000 mensuales (según objetivos)- **Prestaciones de ley**: IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, 12 días de vacaciones, PTU- **Prestaciones superiores**:- Aguinaldo 30 días- Prima vacacional 50%- Fondo de ahorro 5%- Vales de despensa- Seguro de vida (24 meses)Requiere disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente.Zona de trabajo: Santiago QuerétaroVacante #Logística #Procurement #Querétaro #Transporte #CarrierSales #OportunidadLaboral #EmpleoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $22,500.00 al mesBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinidoTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
