What You'll Actually Do Design and ship backend systems that handle scale without drama. Lead by example – code well, review hard, and mentor better. Help shape how we evolve from a Kotlin monolith to smarter microservices. Work with product, frontend, and data teams to turn ideas into things that work. Keep quality high through CI/CD, testing, and pragmatic engineering. What We're Looking For 5+ years of backend engineering. Deep experience with distributed architectures and complex codebases. Comfortable with Kotlin and Spring (or close cousins) and solid AWS and Terraform knowledge. You think in systems, not just in lines of code. You communicate clearly and work without hand-holding.
