Through our two business segments, Acuity Brands Lighting and Lighting Controls (ABL) and the Intelligent Spaces Group (ISG), we design, manufacture, and bring to market products and services that make a valuable difference in people’s lives.You may utilize this posting to upload your resume and information.- **Job Summary**:- **Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:- Ensure compliance with FF indicators (+QDIPA).Daily management (Gemba).Compliance with the board requirements and maintain Standard Work documentation up to date.Administration of personnel and assigned resources.Focus on quality and productivity goals.Ensure a healthy and respectful work environment within the team.Daily focus on continuous improvement.Ensure order and cleanliness standards are met in the assigned area.Monitor and approve payroll.Employee retention dashboard management.Lead the team to ensure achievement of hour-by-hour board targets.Control turnover levels to remain below 2%.Increase production outcomes.Measure and improve ramp-up/learning curve times for team members.Manage and understand KANBAN processes.Availability and schedule flexibility.** Habilidades**:- LeadershipPlanningProblem analysis and solvingEffective communicationTeamworkCustomer passionStrong sense of personal responsibility- ** Experience**:- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cell Leader or in a similar related role.English proficiency preferred.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience, preferably in Industrial Engineering.We value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
