Proporcionar liderazgo al equipo, fomentando su desarrollo en todos los aspectos del trabajo, tomando decisiones rutinarias y resolviendo problemas. Garantizar que los empleados conozcan y apliquen las herramientas de ABS (5S, Trabajo Estándar, Kanban, etc.). Impulsar los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) del área, como (+QDIPA), y promover una mentalidad de mejora continua dentro del equipo. Asegurar que se alcanzan los níveles de eficiencia en la producción, manteniendo siempre las prácticas de seguridad en el área de trabajo.**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:- Asegurar cumplimiento a indicadores del FF (+QDIPA).- Gestion diaria (Gemba)- Cumplimiento al Pizarrón y STD trabajo actualizado al día.- Administración de personal y de recursos asignados.- Enfoque en metas de calidad y productividad.- Asegurar un ambiente laboral sano y de buen trato en el equipo de trabajo.- Enfoque diario en la mejora continua.- Asegurar orden el cumplimiento de orden y limpieza en el área asignada.- Monitoreo y aprobación de nómina.- Semáforo de retención colaboradores.- Gestionar al equipo de trabajo para asegurar cumplir metas del pizarrón hora x hora.- Controlar nível de rotación por debajo del 2%.- Incrementar los resultados de producción.- Medir y mejorar tiempos de aprendizaje del personal a cargo (Rampeo).- Manejo y conocimiento de proceso KAN BAN- Disponibilidad / Flexibilidad de horario**Other**:- Liderazgo- Planeación- Análisis y solución de problemas- Comunicación efectiva- Trabajo en equipo- Pasión por el cliente- Alto sentido de responsabilidad personal**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**:- Carrera de ingenieria industrial o afin experiência- Experiência mínima 1 año- Dominio del idioma Ingles nível básico conversacionalWe value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
