She/he must coordinate and review with safety the IT human, finance and material resources, based on the applicable norms and group policies, with the goal to maintain the efficiency in the resources usage. The cybersecurity is key element to execute in a daily basis with the support of the local CISO (Chief information Security Officer), the continuity and operativity in the business is key to create and support the cybersecurity strategy and reduce internal and external risks.**Responsibilities and Job Functions**:Develop Operational Databases for all asset, focused on digital tools, assuring a process for data quality and consistency review.Analyze daily and monthly operational KPIs of each asset and generate performance reports. Reports should include at least: availability, reliability, losses, load factor, production, forescasting and to compare with stadistical assumptions, natural resource usage, analysis at equipment level such: string box, inverter, transformer, wind turbine, etc.Elaborate all periodic and extraordinary reports, such us: Monthly and quarterly Operations Report for renewables,Monthly Operation KPIs reports,Daily forecasting production for renewables, Fuel comsuption forecasting, Engie Perform tool, among others.Promote development and implementation of Data Digitalization and automation, through tools such as Power Bi, Python, PI, Darwin, and others; allowing speed up of reporting and analysis.Elaborate a process for production forecasting on renewables assets, assuring a continuous improvementmethodology and adjusted to market rules changes.Support Renewables Asset Managers on different requirements, and Thermal GBU on Operational reporting.**Occupational Profile**:Engineering Degree on Energy, Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical,Industrial.Deep knowledge of operation and maintenance of large-scale conventional andrenewable generation plants (including monitoring and operation of maincomponents).Management and Integration of Operational Data on a large scale through digitaltools.Profound analytic thinking on energy production processes, both Operational andEconomic.Rules of the Mexican Energy Market, PPA / SPA's structures.Understanding of asset monitoring systems.Management of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook,Explorer, Access, Project, PVSyst, PI System), as well as Adobe Acrobat.Leadership.Analytical skills, deep understanding of operational and economic for generationassets.Finance concepts.Conflict management and conciliation.Teamwork and management of personnel in an assertive manner.Effective written and verbal communication.Availability and permanent flexibility.Work pressure.Customer service skills.At least 5 years in charge of analysis and operational reporting to executivemanagement.At least 8 years in energy industry, specially on O&M or performance office.- At ENGIE we pursue your feeling free to be what you are.
