**What You’ll Do for Us**- Define, facilitate, and lead the development and implementation of lean-driven Operational Excellence strategies, programs, and Program Management Office (PMO) framework.- Identify, plan, and implement organization process improvements to reduce costs, defects/errors, rework, etc.- Introducing new methods and processes to improve product/service quality and customer satisfaction.- Promote and share best practices that sustain business process improvement across the organization- Build strategic and value-added partnerships with internal and external customers.- Define and implement effective training, mentoring and coaching strategies and programs for associates.- Facilitate and lead Business Excellence Assessment.**Qualifications & Requirements**- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.- 5+ years of food and/or manufacturing integrated environment work experience, leading Lean/Operational Excellence experience.- Excellent understanding of lean manufacturing and world class manufacturing concepts.- Proven Project Management capabilities.- Demonstrated experience in people management, in a people-focused, team-based environment.- Ability to manage multiple conflicting demands and to prioritize accordingly.- Strong demonstrated experience in change management.- Excellent Negotiation and Influencing skills.- Excellent Decision-Making Skills.- Excellent communication skills.- High level of PC literacy, SAP, Microsoft etc.**What We’ll Do For You**- Iconic Brand: Work on the most recognized brand in the world and be part of developing the brand's next chapter.- Exposure to World Class Leaders: Availability to global manufacturing leaders that will expand your network.- Career Growth: We are committed to your professional development, offering opportunities for growth and advancement.**Skills**Leadership; Agile Methodology; Data Analysis; Waterfall Project Management; Strategic Analysis; Data Research; Communication; Change Management Methods; Change Management; Lean Six Sigma (LSS); Business Process Improvements; Operational ExcellenceAnnual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
