-Job description**Role purpose (overall high level summary of the role)**- The role is responsible for maintain supporting and implementing changes and new procedures at regional, and country levels across products, platforms, processes, and people to support and enhance the campaign process. This includes leading cross-functional strategies and planning within the IWPB units, covering propositions, Data, and Analytics, and aligning initiatives with IWPB’s overarching objectives._**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities** (_e.g., for Business, Customers and Stakeholders; internal control environment, etc.)_**Strategic Alignment and Execution**:- Support cross-business strategic implementations in alignment with governance standards._- Act as a project manager and developer across strategic initiatives with accountability on project deliverables, risk management, change management._**Customer-Centric Strategy and Engagement**:- _Implement and support customer-centric strategies to ensure IWPB’s products and services meet evolving customer needs._- _Collaborate with teams responsible for Propositions, Data, and Analytics to drive cohesion and consistency across the customer experience._**Governance and Performance Management**:- _Accountable to leading the implementation and adoption Implement and execute governance frameworks that align with organizational objectives and performance standards._- _Tracking of performance scorecards (KPIs) to ensure key milestones and targets are met._- _Support budget adherence and manage resources efficiently to support operational and strategic objectives._- _Actively engage in supporting planning and setting strategic priorities to guide IWPB Customers’ teams._**Stakeholder Collaboration**:- _Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on strategic objectives._- _Lead communication efforts with key stakeholders to promote IWPB’s objectives and drive customer-centric initiatives._- _Drive internal and external engagement efforts, ensuring alignment with Group and Local Risk strategies, Values, and Behaviours._**Continuous Improvement**:- _Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce risks of policy misinterpretation._- _Foster a culture of operational excellence by streamlining processes and implementing best practices._- _Oversee cost control measures and manage financial resources to ensure operational cost-effectiveness._- _Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in governance, strategy, and operational frameworks._**_Operational Oversight and Monitoring:_**- _Monitor operational performance across processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives._Requirements**Leadership & Teamwork**The role will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for execution and interact with internal and external Stakeholders.- Ability to form networks and influence at multiple levels of the organization (both up and down), across different teams.- Project Management as PMP- Comprehensive Business in deep knowledge- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and problem solving / analytical skills.- Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive.- Comprehensive knowledge of IWPB Propositions and Channels.- Works well with different senior managers depending on the assignment or task provided.- At HSBC we are committed to building a culture where all employees and customers are valued regardless of their gender, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, religious belief, background or any other different personal aspect._- HSBC employees act by showing integrity with courage, standing firm in what is right.
