**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Integration Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).**INTEGRATION ANALYST**- Meet with business stakeholders and gather Integration Requirements.- Develop Integration Design documents which are passed off to the development teams for build.- Manage and Prioritize the backlog of enhancements, implementations, and production support tasks for the integration team.- Develop integrations for both EDI and API processes within an integration platform as a service (iPaaS).- Manage incidents as related to all integrations (investigation, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, reporting and analysis of incidents)- Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand the system and business processes, and collaborate to implement a solution.- Develop integration test cases and manage the testing process for the integration teams.- Interact with technical team members such as Data Engineers, SAP Functional Analysts, Web Developers, and Network Engineers to ensure technical requirements are addressed.- Become an expert for the integration team to work with on our Informatica iPaaS platform and continuously learn about features released and make suggestions to improve our landscape.- Lead Integration calls and set expectations required for all parties involved in the integration process.**How will you fit into the team?**- Experience working with Enterprise Application Integration tools (Informatica, Mulesoft, Boomi, Jitterbit).- An understanding of EDI practice for B2B communication.- The ability to created detailed requirement and design documents using Microsoft Visio and Word.- Experience in project coordination, implementations, or related roles.- Passion for technology and implementing technology for process improvement.- Quality oriented, takes pride in their work.- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.- Flexibility, energetic, and able to work well with others in a team environment.**What are your skills and experience?**- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field.- Knowledge in developing EDI or API integrations.- 3 to 5 years of software experience.- 3 to 5 years of quality assurance or testing experience a plus.- Experience or understanding of as many of these related areas as possible: XML messaging structure, Web services, SOAP and REST API's, SAP integration services, AWS, and Data Warehousing.- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.- Experience using IBM Gentran and/or Informatica is an asset.- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)**This position requires a valid Canadian Security Clearance.****Shift Timing: 8AM to 5PM EST****About NTT DATA Services****NTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
