This position provides guidance, leadership and direction for contracts and categories affecting millions in annual spend.**What You’ll Do for Us**- ** Strategic Planning - **Develop and evolve digital vision for LATAM OU, integrating one single ambition and strategy from Marketing, CCL, DAO, PS and other functions to support the organization's objectives and vision (LRP, Moonshot and ABP processes), creating alignment across the teams (Consumers, Customers Leads and bottlers digital teams)- ** Business Integration -** Ensure digital strategy is integrated in strategy processes (ABP, LRP), tracked in regular processes (DP, business dashboards), challenging DAO Business Leads where opportunities arise (internal DPs) and delivering an inspirational story on where we are driving the business for the system (Fast Start, ABP System meetings)- ** Competitiveness Tracking -** Rigorous tracking of what are other players doing in the market in terms of digitization, to raise risks and opportunities to our business (BEES tracking, Heineken, Pepsi)- ** Knowledge Creation -** Provide thought leadership to identify trends, new tools and emerging tech to identify how to expand the reach and presence of Digital initiatives.- ** Trends -** Stay current with industry trends to make decisions and recommendations & continuously improve the digital strategy.- ** Digital Network -** Manage relationships with the system network and external partners and stakeholders to accelerate Digital initiatives.**Qualifications & Requirements**- At least 10 years total experience (including at least 5 years of TCCC System experience to ensure networking and connections)- Digital Experience and Knowledge to integrate Digital Strategy into the agenda- Strategy Experience to build a business narrative- Mastering Communication skills. Ability to communicate complex situations and influence- Research/Consumer Understanding/ Competitive intelligence experience Strong Industry Understanding and Trends skills- Solid business acumen skills- Analytical rigor: balance quantitative and qualitative- Strategic Thinking. Ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems.
