Oversees the Information Technology function for the LATAM North and Amerifab subcluster, ensuring its optimal performance. Responsible for evaluating and implementing new IT solutions and systems to meet business needs, as well as managing the execution, supervision, and review of IT projects. Guarantees information integrity, availability, security, and protection. Implements regional LATAM and global ITC-defined tools and procedures. Provides IT and technical support to company employees.**Individual Responsibilities**- Lead and manage the direct report team.- Oversee the management of IT assets, tools, and computer systems.- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate electronic and computer data operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.- Manage software licensing and maintain accurate hardware inventory.- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate IT systems, policies, and procedures to support business needs.- Ensure the security of data, network access, and the integrity of backup and security systems.- Provide technical support to users (levels 1 & 2) and manage external level 3 support providers.- Deliver training to users on corporate software and hardware.- Administer business management and administration systems to optimize operations.- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on computer equipment to minimize downtime.- Ensure projects are executed effectively according to the global ITC group's defined methodology.**Shared Responsibilities**- Administer and maintain business processes through management and administration systems.- Ensure systems and processes comply with local regulations.- Support the IT LATAM management in the execution of regional projects.**Stakeholder Relations**- Assist with information updates and data analysis tasks.- Manage the allocated OPEX and CAPEX budget efficiently.- Ensure processes are correctly applied within management and administration systems.- Ensure the proper implementation of AMMEGA's cybersecurity policies and processes.- Actively participate as the ITC group representative on the LATAM North steering committee.**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an IT Manager- Hands-on experience with ERP, IT infrastructure, and telecommunications.- Experience with Merqry ERP or Intelisis.- Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and IT hardware/software systems.- Experience in Azure management and data governance.- Experience in IT project management. PMP certification is a plus- Interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills- Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
