Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Market Area Sales and Service Mexico team. You will be responsible to perform all necessary functions to ensure customer satisfaction. Primary activities include evaluation of customer inquiries and compatibility with Metso parts and services, coordination of an appropriate quotation considering price/margin/delivery, proposal follow up, support of outside sales efforts, sales order entry, order coordination, and order backlog management of orders until completion., you will report to the Manager, Customer ServiceThis position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajuato MX.**Team you belong to**:You will join a team of Customer Service experts committed to providing solutions to Sales Manager and Customers.We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Sale Account Managers and Technical Sales Support.
