Lcs / Field Service Engineer

Installation and commissioning of systems, machinery and associated spare parts and wear material components- Perform technical evaluations and analyse equipment and machine component failures- Promote products and services to customers- Promote the sales of OEM spare parts and wears material components- Support field service technicians and carry out hands on mechanical service work within the customer site or repair facilities if required- Supervise Field Service projects on customer site- Complete field inspections per global procedures. Escalate questions and analysis to Technical Support and Engineering- Prepare site reports, time sheets and expenses after site visits- Support quotation work by providing scope of work, initial planning and costing information- Support solution defining for LCS solutions by providing solution details and scope of work- Promote Technical Support value add and support Technical Support Teams- Support warranty process and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) where applicable- Trigger maintenance of CRM with Eq. operational information.
