¿Cuáles son las funciones? Abogado con conocimiento en procesos de contratos comerciales (principalmente acuerdos de venta) para brindar asesoramiento legal a todas las áreas de la organización, especialmente a equipos comerciales y funcionales en el sector Tecnología. Apoyar a la Compañía y a los asesores externos en la búsqueda de soluciones adecuadas a la solución de problemas en materia legal. Identificar y escalar issues legales, evaluar riesgos, proponer soluciones prácticas al negocio y actuar con la urgencia adecuada. ¿Cuáles son los requisitos? De 4 a 6 años de experiência trabajando en Corporativos Multinacionales. Asesoría en la elaboración y seguimiento de directrices, políticas y procedimientos corporativos. Conocimiento de las leyes de competencia, protección de datos, lucha contra el soborno y la corrupción, conocimiento de Ley Laboral Mexicana, conocimiento de Leyes del Sector Financiero. Experiência 4 años en Derecho Corporativo. Inglés avanzado. Experiência \"in house\" requerida.
