**Job Title**:Management Assistant**Location**: Baja Maq El Águila, Tijuana**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM**Position Summary**:The Management Assistant provides administrative and accounting support to the Human Resources department and Corporate Office. This role involves significant interaction with internal and external contacts, handling confidential information, and performing a variety of non-routine tasks.**Key Responsibilities**:- Professionally answer incoming calls and greet office visitors.- Operate and maintain office equipment efficiently.- Communicate with vendors and employees to address inquiries and ensure smooth operations.- Process forms, maintain records, and ensure accurate data entry.- Coordinate follow-ups for visits (e.g., FMM permits).- Manage meeting room schedules and ensure proper organization for visits and events.- Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager.- Assist the Purchasing Department by creating and processing purchase orders.- Manage employee plan participants by adding or removing individuals with carriers through mail, phone, fax, and web portals.**Education**:High School diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.**Experience**:Previous experience in HR administration is preferred.**Skills**:- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is highly desirable.- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook are preferred.**Why Join Us?**This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
