**Descripción del empleo****IT Support Engineer**- **EMME**_ es una empresa líder en la atención médica pre-hospitalaria. Contamos con recursos humanos y técnicos de primer nível, que nos permiten acudir de forma inmediata al lugar en donde ocurre la emergencia o urgencia médica. Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de **IT Support Engineer **para integrarlo al equipo de Sistemas**.**Nuestro **IT Support Engineer **tendrá la responsabilidad de configurar, mantener y administrar la infraestructura tecnológica de la empresa, garantizando el correcto funcionamiento de los servidores, equipos, de cómputo, impresoras, redes, telefonia, conmutadores, firewalls y VPN’s. Además, deberá identificar y resolver de manera eficiente cualquier falla o problema que pueda surgir en estos sistemas.- **Requisitos**_- 2 años de experiência en configuración y administración de servidores especialmente en entorno Windows Server.- Capacidad para identificar y solucionar fallas de servidores, equipos de computo e impresora.- Conocimiento en mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipo.- Experiência en el manejo de cableado estructurado e infraestructuras de redes.- Conocimiento en telefonía y administración de conmutadores- Experiência en la configuración y administración de firewall y VPN’s- **Ofrecemos**_- Sueldo Bruto Mensual: 16,000 - 17,000 pesos- Vales de despensa: $852 pesos mensuales- Fondo de ahorro: 6%- Prima vacacional: 30%- Aguinaldo: 18 días- Servicios médicos pre-hospitalarios de la compañía- Participación en utilidades- Prestaciones de Ley- Modalidad del trabajo: Presencial- Horario de trabajo: L a V 9:00 AM - 19:00 AM- Zona de trabajo: Calzada San Pedro.
