Job Description Sr. Manager Responsibilities: Creates and maintains a comprehensive IT strategy; educates and articulates this strategy tirelessly throughout the group. Develops and leads comprehensive implementation plans for achieving IT objectives. Establishes quantitative quality objectives based on customer/market requirements. Develops consensus with management to integrate these objectives into their business annual plans. Defines systems for measurement, feedback, and utilization of IT data that supports improvement programs. Has direct leadership responsibility for the IT department. Drives change management and employee involvement to support continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Provides liaison with customers in resolving IT issues. Builds an effective quality team committed to organizational goals, fostering collaboration among team members, functional leadership and senior leadership in the Commercial division. Advises senior leadership on the continuous improvement strategy and transformation to deploy Lean transformation tactically. Qualifications Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 10 years of related experience. Has deep technical knowledge in administering and designing networks, systems, storage, security. Must have a strong understanding of the business implications of information technology, current trends and best practices. Requires excellent written and verbal communication. Must be able to lead subordinates to resolve technical challenges. #J-18808-Ljbffr
