Asegurar que haya una correcta planeación verificando que se cumplan las reuniones del proceso MBP (Alineacones y recvisiones comerciales) esto con el objetivo de que equipo multifuncionales puedan cerrar los acuerdos comerciales (NPS, Tasa y actividades) de los siguientes 4 meses. Buscar áreas de oportunidad y mejora continua para tener un proceso más sólido.**Un día en la vida de...****1. **Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de las actividades establecidas en el Plan Comercial Integrado (ICP), asegurando que sean incluidas en el proceso de Montly Business Plan (MBP)**2.** Utiliza un enfoque colaborativo y de consenso al trabajar con Ventas, Marketing y Finanzas para obtener y garantizar que se utilice infomracion actual y precisa para los pronosticos de demanda3. Coordinar las juntas de Revisión comercial y alineación comercial, verificando que participen las personas adecuadas y se vean los temas correctos dentro de las reuniones.4. Darle seguimiento a los pendientes y puntos relevantes despues de las sesiones, para asegurar el cumplimiento de los puntos.5. Revisar que la información que se sube al Dashboard sea correcta y se suba en tiempo. Mantener la herramienta de Nesbook actualizada y buscar áreas de mejora para la utilidad del equipo comercial.6.
