About The Role We are looking for a Sales & Planning Specialist to join our Commercial Team. This role is key to ensuring our sales execution is aligned with company strategy, providing visibility and analysis that supports decision‑making, and enabling sustainable business growth. In this role, you'll be: Key Responsibilities Commercial Strategy Alignment: Work closely with the commercial leadership team to align sales initiatives with overall business strategy. Sales Planning: Develop, monitor, and optimize sales forecasts, budgets, and growth targets. Performance Tracking: Build reports and dashboards to track commercial performance against KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve results. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure commercial plans are executable and well‑supported. Market & Business Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and internal data to identify growth opportunities and risks. Process Improvement: Propose and implement tools, methodologies, and best practices to strengthen planning and execution within the commercial area. Partner & Client Support: Provide data‑driven insights to strengthen relationships with key partners and clients. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus). 4–6 years of experience in sales planning, commercial strategy, or business analysis (experience in FMCG, retail, or tech industry preferred). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with advanced Excel and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment. Strategic mindset with attention to detail and execution.
