Sr. Project Lead

Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe Project Lead will be responsible for **planning, coordinating, and executing strategic projects** across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring that objectives related to time, scope, and quality are achieved.This position requires strong **organizational skills, cross-functional coordination, and a results-oriented mindset** in a dynamic, high-volume manufacturing environment.- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with company objectives.- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial) across different facilities.- Track project performance, milestones, and risks, and provide clear reporting to leadership and stakeholders.- Establish governance structures and define roles and responsibilities for each project.- Identify and mitigate project risks while capturing opportunities for improvement.- Manage project resources and budgets effectively.- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes.- Support strategic initiatives, including new product introductions and process implementations.- Represent the project to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of progress and results.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred.- 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, ideally within manufacturing or product development environments.- Proven experience coordinating multi-site or geographically dispersed teams.- Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar).- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.- Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.- Advanced English proficiency (C1 minimum).Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- seguro de vida- bonos anuales- comedor- fondo de ahorro- transporte- seguro de gastos médicos- servicios médicos en planta**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Producción/Manufactura**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Turno Matutino- Lunes a viernes**Salario mensual neto** $70,000 - $85,000 MXN**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Edad** 18 - 65 años**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
