**BACK OFFICE DE CHIHUAHUA busca Benefits Support Coordinator Remote en Mérida, Yucatán**:Join our team as a Benefits Support Specialist and help manage health insurance policies for clients. This role involves administrative support, data accuracy checks, and client communication.**Responsibilities**:- Manage distribution inbox and assign tasks.- Generate benefit booklets for clients and employees.- Validate benefit plans and perform quality checks.- Respond to inquiries regarding plan provisions.- Assist with client deliverables and documentation:- Census- SBCs & ECs- Renewal documents- Plan comparisons- Benefit guides- Contact carriers for employee changes, exceptions, ID cards, etc.**Requisitos**:- High School diploma or higher.- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).- Administrative experience preferred.- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.- Team player with enthusiasm and willingness to learn.- Functional English proficiency.**Ofrecemos**:- Modalidad: 100% remoto.- Full-time position.
