Join our team as a Benefits Support Specialist and help manage health insurance policies for clients. This role involves administrative support, data accuracy checks, and client communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage distribution inbox and assign tasks.
  • Generate benefit booklets for clients and employees.
  • Validate benefit plans and perform quality checks.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding plan provisions.
  • Assist with client deliverables and documentation:
  • Census
  • SBCs & ECs
  • Renewal documents
  • Plan comparisons
  • Benefit guides
  • Contact carriers for employee changes, exceptions, ID cards, etc.
Requisitos
  • High School diploma or higher.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
  • Functional English proficiency.
