At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.**FP&A Analyst****Main purpose**:This role is a responsible of learning of different LatAm FP&A and Category Finance reports and processes as preparation to take on one of those roles in the near future. While being in the company as buffer staff the employee is expected to leverage on piers business and technical knowledge to ensure the right capabilities are developed. The previous point is design for the people taking new operating roles to be as prepared as possible and avoid business disruptions. The position interacts with finance, MBS and other areas depending on assingned activities.**Responsibilities**:**Reponsibilities**:- Deliver a world class service to finance clients according to SLA’s.- Consolidate and validate topline and P&L reports for a country in LatAm.- Work closely with local Finance and MBS teams on defining weekly/monthly priorities- Supervise Topline Trackers with channel detail for a CU in LatAm.- Supervise MCV Trackers and Brand P&L detail for a CU in LatAm.- Follow up AdHocs monthly request by the local teams for Category Finance and FP&A.Qualifications:**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, economics or finance.- Intermediate Excel skills needed. Advanced Excel and Power Point skills desired.- Experience with Power Query, VBA and Power BI tools- English fluent- Basic understanding of P&L lines and its drivers- Quick/Self learner and curiousity to explore new ways to manage tools and processes.- Able to work without supervision**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
