El Accountant Lead es responsable de generar y asegurar la precisión de los reportes financieros mensuales, trimestrales y anuales de la Región Co y Ec, garantizar las conciliaciones contables, declaraciones y los pagos de impuestos nacionales y distritales, asegurar liquidez y dirigir y supervisar las áreas contables de Colombia y Ecuador, de acuerdo a los lineamientos y valores de H&M.

Trabaja en conjunto con el Accounting Manager de MX CO & EC para la generación de los Estados Financieros de acuerdo a normas de Contabilidad y el cumplimiento fiscal de Ec, Co, de acuerdo a los valores H&M.

Responsabilidades:
  • Supervisar los procesos contables y mantener los libros de acuerdo con las regulaciones locales y del corporativo H&M de los tres mercados Co y EC.
  • Colaborar en conjunto con el Controller y el equipo de Accounting, de manera profesional y eficiente de acuerdo con los valores H&M.
  • Trabajar de la manera más eficiente posible para mantener bajo costo y maximizar el rendimiento.
  • Liderar los equipos de Accounting de Colombia & Ecuador.
Requisitos:
  • Ser proactivo y ser el dueño de las responsabilidades del equipo para que se hagan en tiempo y forma.
  • Profesional/Licenciado en Contabilidad, Finanzas o Administración de Empresas/Negocios.
  • Habilidades para mantener buenas relaciones con otras funciones.
  • Entender y conocer las obligaciones legales y regulaciones de Co y Ec.
  • Amplia experiencia en manejo de equipo.
  • Excelente comunicación y buenas relaciones interpersonales.
  • Analítico, estructurado, habilidades en manejo de información y conclusiones.
  • Alto conocimiento de MS Office, Excel, SAP y PowerPoint & capacidad de adaptación a los sistemas específicos de la empresa.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
