We are a highly experienced and skilled accounting company which specializes in financial and small business consulting.Our mission is to deliver excellent accounting services to businesses.Now we are hiring a new **Bookkeeper.**- **English: C1 level with the ability for communication and understanding instructions**:- **Spanish: C1 to B2 level with the ability for communication and understanding instructions would be a plus**:- **At least 4 years of experience in the similar role**:- **BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree **(or equally qualified work experience)- Advanced knowledge of Excel- Experience with QuickBooks Online version- Experience with COGS calculation for different products- Knowledge of Google Workspace - Docs, gmail, calendar etc.- High level of self-organization and control- Ability to remain attentive to details in the conditions of multitasking- Proactivity, efficiency- Good communication skills- Ability to think independently and to make decisions- Ability to set priorities and respect deadlines**As a part of a company, your responsibilities will be**:- Data entry- Bank reconciliation- Interaction with suppliers in case of missing or wrong invoice- Following payroll - preparation of the summary, calculation of the part of each company in payroll- Preparation of salaries batch payment- VAT calculation- Profit tax calculation- Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivables- Compliance with international financial standards**We offer you**:- Flexible working hours (8 hours/day), in the US time zone,- No need to work in the weekends- Competitive monthly salary of USD net- 100 USD after probation period depending on the performance- Contract- Paid vacation (14 working days/annually)- Remote work with the possibility to work from anywhere you want- Career growth to Senior Bookkeeper of multiple companies**The job is full time, 40 hours a week.****A 3 months trial period is envisaged for this position.****Salary**: $27,624.90 - $29,466.56 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Spanish (preferred)
