Your unique perspective adds value to your work.**Grow with the company**:Develop new skills and experiences while tackling challenges in a supportive environment.**Recruiter in this role get to**:**Responsibilities**- Design and implement overall **high volume** recruiting strategy- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives and present to internal clients- Monitor tasks and recruiting best practices- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports**Qualifications**:Requirements**- Proven work experience as a high volume Recruiter- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc)- Hands on experience with various selection processes (presential/phone interview, assessment, etc)- Familiarity with TA databases- Excellent communication skills in English (B2) and Spanish- Call center experience required- Taleo system user level knowledge preferrable- Advanced excel preferrable
