This role involves collaboration with engineering trainers in China, connecting with universities in Mexico, engaging with businesses, government institutions, executives, and students. The coordinator will oversee programs not only in technical fields but also in diverse disciplines such as international business, language teaching, and translation.**Key Responsibilities**:1.**Training Program Design**: Collaborate in the creation and design of academic training programs, including those in international business, language teaching, and translation, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.2.**Cross-Cultural Collaboration**: Engage in discussions with the Chinese team to establish objectives and proposals for the academy, considering diverse perspectives and cultural nuances.3.**Educational Partnerships**: Connect with universities in Mexico, particularly those offering programs in international business, language teaching, and translation, to establish partnerships that align with industry standards.4.**Stakeholder Engagement**: Work closely with executives, government entities, and students to understand their needs, aligning training programs to meet diverse educational and professional requirements.5.**Strategic Planning**: Contribute to the strategic planning of the academy, taking into account the input from the Chinese team, to establish a robust foundation for future growth in various academic disciplines.6.**Administrative Team Development**: Play a key role in building the administrative team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across diverse academic programs.7.**Document Management**: Oversee the organization and maintenance of documentation related to training programs, partnerships, and other relevant materials across multiple academic disciplines.8.**Platform Utilization**: Implement and manage the use of educational platforms, ensuring a seamless and effective learning experience for participants in technical and non-technical fields.9.**Initiative for Academy Establishment**: Demonstrate initiative in initiating and establishing the academy, working in tandem with the company team and Chinese personnel, contributing to the foundational aspects of the academy across a spectrum of academic disciplines.**Work Schedule**:**∙Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Flexible working hours, especially during initial****coordination withthe China team)****Travel Requirements**:∙Ability to travel, with access to a car, for business-related trips to locations such as TJ/Ensenada or Mexicali.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $15,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno mixtoPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
