This position maintains alltraining records and documentation completed in the production areas. Responsible for the certifications of the operatorsinsuring that all employees are properly trained to perform their assigned job functions.**Responsibilities**:- Ensures the training tracking system is maintained and required training records are updated for each position or function.- Maintains documentation by updating training records and certifications.- Ensures training is in compliance with regulatory agencies, internal policies, and health and safety.- manufacturing procedures or policies training.- Collaborates with manufacturing by preparing, assisting, and participating in audits.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results; keeping business information confidential; ensuring data accuracy and integrity; maintaining updated professional and technical knowledge; assuring compliance with laws,- regulations, and corporate standards.- Advises on training requirements of production staff position/function.- Provides logístical support when organizing classroom training courses. This includes computers, room reservations,- refreshments, etc.- Support the training group area by filing, creating reports for supervisors.EDUCATIONH.S.
