Lugar: El Salto PlantRepresentante de Adquisición de Talento de Goodyear: SONIA NIETOLI-SN1**Maintenance Facilities Coordinator**- El Salto, Jalisco_**Primary Purpose of the Position**:Management of Facilities, Fire Fighting Systems, Central Office, Headwind & Savings, Contractors, Supplies (MRO) and Materials Engineering Management. Responsible for maintenance of equipment and machinery under Facilities responsibility (central workshop repairs, industrial vehicles, non-motorized cars (NPT), exhaust ventilation, refrigeration, telephony, networking, lighting, fire system buildings, outdoor areas, networks and storm sewer management, calibration of instruments, support centers).Coordinates the activities of the Maintenance group as corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance, cost, and safety.; Manages the maintenance indicators aligned with the annual business plan.Responsible for managing and administering contracts and technical scopes of contractors which perform general maintenance works in the Plant. Manage the work to be performed by the contractor in the area of facilities.**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:Manage, control and coordinate the maintenance of the entire fire protection system in the plant, and manage and support the preventative maintenance on the main equipment of this system. Meet business requirements and share information to other plants.;Coordinate maintenance of refrigeration, ventilation, and exhaust equipment in the different areas in plant. Manage critical maintenance of all fire protection system in the plant and support the implementation of preventive maintenance on system equipment. Carry out the implementation and monitoring of projects and actions aimed at reducing energy consumption in this area without affecting the safety and product quality. Share business requirements and information to other plants.;Coordinate the maintenance of the Power Transportation equipment (towing cars (LPG), electric cars (drums), forklifts, floor sweepers, floor washers) meeting the needs of factory production. Coordinate the maintenance of non-motorized vehicles (cars NPT, flat, a-frames, big-spool, "caterpillar", spool, pallet, etc.). meeting the needs of factory production. Manage the contractor responsible for this work in the factory. Directly manage corrective tasks of machinery and equipment in the Offices, prioritizing the work according to request, as well as the "saving" set as goal. Coordinate the system of work of the contractor responsible for the execution of general maintenance works. Responsible to manage and administer the scopes and technical contract of the outsourcing company.;Work to ensure availability of spare parts in stock, supplying the plant with the required quantity at the right time and competitive cost.
