Make it your story.**:**This position reports to**:Financial Specialist**Your role and responsibilities**:In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data. Each day, you will update budgets and forecasting models and identify trends and problems. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the NEMA Motors division in San Luis Potosi, S.L.P. You will be mainly accountable for: - Performing quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuations monitoring. - Complying with and helping achieve Internal control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) - Supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting. - Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data. Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives. - Inter Company reconciliation (make sure no variances vs IC) - Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. - Preparing and entering standard and ad-hoc monthly journal entries as part of month end close.**Qualifications for the role**:- From 2 to 4 years of experience in FP&A and/or accounting position- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports and data accurately.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.- Experience with SAP and Excel.- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports and data accurately.- Proficiency in English, with the ability to draft professional documents and conduct meetings in English.**More about us**:
