Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:**Consultant - Vehicle Assembly process planning****Job description**:- + 10 YOE- Bachlor Degree ( Mechanical / Automobile/production), Preferred - Degree Engineer with relevant experience in Assembly line.- Competencies Proactive,Creative & attitude for quick learning, Technocommercial,Quick Problem solving- ** Skills**:1) Able to make status reports2) Effective communication with peers - Designers, project team & quality team.3) Target oriented & self driven4) Have good Computer knowledge.5) Good team player with flexibility to blend in new team6) Work proactively to solve the problem7) Innovative and creative and has past record in this area8) Good verbal and written communication as well as spoken skill.9) Quick learner.- ** Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job**1) Well versed with process and Fixture, tools and Gauges Planning2) Vehicle assembly process knowledge.3) Expertise in usage of Softwares like Catia, 3D Experiance, team centre, Auto cad etc.4) Skilled and able to do process Documentation - RFQs, Process Sheet development and modification5) Exposure to DCP documents like PFMEA, Control Plans etc6) Knowledge on trends on New technology.7) Knowledge of selection of torque tools for assembly line.8) Has knowledge on logistics i.e. line side storage & packaging standards9) Good exposure in Installation and commissioning of EFTGs10) Good knowledge on problem solving.11) Station layout preparation.12 Stage by Stage process planning13) Benchmarking tools & Techniques14) Special Knowledge on- Power Tools | Transportation System | Small Tools like - small power tools, Pneumatic Tools, Fixures, racks dollys, Lifting equipments, etc.**ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL **(Will be evaluated).**Job type**: On site.**Location**: Monterrey**Salary**: Open.**Benefits**: Excellent superior benefits.
