In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our global social media presence, ensuring brand consistency, and engaging with our diverse audience across multiple platforms.As Social Media Coordinator, You Will- Collaborate with regional teams to plan and schedule localized content, ensuring brand consistency and relevance across different markets.- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar for all global social media channels.- Actively engage with the audience across various social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.- Oversee and monitor all social media platforms to ensure brand representation, community guidelines, and effective communication.- Lead regional video content meetings to align on strategy and execution.- Track and analyze monthly metrics for all social media platforms, identifying key trends, successes, and areas for improvement.- Generate comprehensive monthly social media reports, providing insights and recommendations based on performance data.- Regularly update and optimize Google Business Profiles for all company locations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for customers.As Social Media Coordinator, You Need- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset.- 1+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations is considered an asset.- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with strong critical thinking skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a positive and collaborative attitude.- Highly organized with a proactive approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.- Proficiency in leading social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and social media tools (e.g., Statusbrew, Mention, Canva).- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling abilities tailored for digital audiences.- Experience with analytics tools and a proven ability to interpret performance data and algorithms to drive content strategy.- Familiarity with Google Business Profiles and foundational SEO best practices.
