We're looking for someone, who has experience creating content for digital and print campaigns, POS assets and event displays.We are looking for someone with an interest in wine and spirits who has worked in a studio environment, are able to manage multiple projects at once, and know how to prepare digital and print-ready files.**What you will be doing**:- Responsible for adapting, resizing, and updating creative collateral for digital and print mediums- Attend daily stand ups- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize creative for each placement within brand guidelines or established key visuals- Maintain, grow, and improve the internal template library- Produce dimensional mock-ups to support the approval process- Minimal photo editing to enhance or update existing assets- Prep and package final artwork for delivery- Propose process improvements to simplify workflow and/or incorporate automation- Effectively manage workloads within agreed timelines- Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy and consistency- Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the design team- Manage and mentor junior talent**What you need to be great in this role**:- 5-7 years of experience working on the production of digital and print files- Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite: primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign- Experience in management of artwork collateral- Understanding of social media best practices and visual guidelines- Expert knowledge of print standards and designing within dielines- Image retouching experience is a plus- Great eye for detail- Enthusiasm for supporting a growing team- Ability to work accurately and provide consistent artwork quality- Good interpersonal skills and a can-do team attitude- Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment- Organized and stays cool under pressure**A little bit about us**We are OLIVER+ (previously known as MORE), part of OLIVER and the Inside Ideas Group.
