Delivery of the project on time and with the expected quality.**Responsibilities**:- Stablishes performance test process, templates, and test data management.- Selects and implement performance testing tool based on a defined criterion.- Analyzes non-functional requirements and develops work load scenarios based on non-functional requirements and business needs.- Manages and monitors the performance testing activities and results.- Strong analyzing skills of the hardware architecture and system layers- Experience presenting performance test results and recommendations to stakeholders and solution architects.- Ability to coach and train other software engineers in the usage of a performance testing tool and the performance test process- Experience integrating performance testing into a CI/CD pipeline.Solid understanding of software development life cyclesImpressive problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExceptional communication abilities, Outstanding analytical skillsEnglish ProficiencyAdditionalParticipated in projects where Agile Methodologies were used (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP)Test on Cloud environments (Azure is a +)(Nice to have) Jira, Confluence, SlackTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por obra o tiempo determinadoHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadExperiência:- QA Tester: 5 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
