Experience: 8–10 years (5+ years in Salesforce B2B) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce B2B Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce B2B Commerce and Sales Cloud solutions . The role combines technical leadership, solution ownership, and team mentoring , working closely with global stakeholders on complex B2B digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce B2B developers. Own solution design decisions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and B2B Commerce. Drive best practices for Salesforce development, security, and governance. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects. Oversee integrations with ERP, OMS, CPQ, pricing, and other enterprise systems. Support sprint planning, estimations, release management, and deployments. Review code, ensure quality standards, and manage technical risks. Mentor team members and ensure knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce B2B focus . Hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce . Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL , and declarative tools (Flows). Deep understanding of Sales Cloud , Experience Cloud, and Salesforce security model. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns. Strong understanding of B2B processes: account hierarchies, pricing, contracts, quoting, and ordering. Experience leading nearshore/offshore teams. Strong communication skills in English . Nice to Have Salesforce B2B Commerce, Platform Developer, or Architect certifications. Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce OMS. Exposure to MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
