Experience: 8–10 years (5+ years in Salesforce B2C / Digital Commerce) Job Summary We are seeking a Salesforce B2C Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce B2C solutions (Salesforce B2C Commerce / SFCC or B2C-focused Salesforce implementations). The role combines technical leadership, solution ownership, and team guidance while working closely with global stakeholders on large-scale eCommerce programs. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce B2C Commerce solutions. Provide technical leadership to development and QA teams. Own solution design, customization, and integration approach. Drive best practices for SFCC/Salesforce B2C development and releases. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, UX, and DevOps teams. Review code, ensure quality standards, and support performance optimization. Coordinate integrations with OMS, ERP, payment gateways, tax, and shipping systems. Support sprint planning, estimations, and release management. Mentor junior developers and ensure knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on Salesforce B2C exposure . Solid experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) and SFRA architecture. Experience with OCAPI, SCAPI , and RESTful integrations. Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and security model. Experience leading nearshore/offshore teams. Strong communication skills in English . Nice to Have Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer or Architect certification. Experience with Salesforce OMS or B2B Commerce. Exposure to MuleSoft or other middleware tools.
