Major Accountabilities ~ Trabajar con gerentes directos para ayudar en actividades financieras, toma de decisiones y proyectos generales. ~ Proporcionar soporte oportuno y proactivo en el mayor general. ~ Mantener información precisa y oportuna sobre los activos fijos en el registro de activos fijos, incluyendo activos bajo construcción y cálculos de depreciación. ~ Preparar análisis o informes con énfasis particular en la precisión, el cumplimiento y la puntualidad de los datos brindados (Ej.: informes sobre la actividad de pérdidas y ganancias). ~ Proporcionar todos los datos necesarios para informes internos (Sistema de Consolidación Financiera e Informes) y externos (incluyendo cuentas reglamentarias, estadísticas nacionales e información impositiva) de forma oportuna y precisa. ~ Brinda soporte de primera línea en asuntos de SAP incluyendo activos fijos, dinero circulante y mayor gral. ~ Contribuir en proyectos clave en el país o en la BU. ~ Notificación de quejas técnicas / eventos adversos / escenarios de casos especiales relacionados con los productos Novartis dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la recepción ~ Distribución de muestras de comercialización (cuando proceda) Key Performance Indicators ~Satisfacción de clientes internos con calidad, buen uso y puntualidad de los análisis financieros proporcionados ~Satisfacción del cliente en la entrega del servicio y KPIs específicos de procesos, según los SLAs acordados.
