Major Accountabilities ~ Collaborer avec les gestionnaires directs pour soutenir les activités financières, la prise de décision et les projets généraux. ~ Fournir un support proactif et en temps voulu sur le grand livre général. ~ Tenir à jour des informations précises et actualisées sur les immobilisations dans le registre des immobilisations, y compris les immobilisations en cours de construction et les calculs d'amortissement. ~ Préparer l’analyse ou le reporting en mettant particulièrement l’accent sur la précision, la conformité et l’actualité des données fournies (c’est-à-dire des rapports sur les activités de profits et pertes). ~ Fournir toutes les données nécessaires à la création de rapports internes(Financial Consolidation and Reporting System) et externes, (y compris les comptes statutaires, les statistiques nationales et les informations fiscales)de manière opportune et précise. ~ Fournit une «assistance de première ligne » sur les problèmes SAP, les immobilisations, la trésorerie et le grand livre général. ~ Contributeur clé de projets à l’échelon national ou des BU ~ Déclaration des plaintes techniques / événements indésirables / scénarios de cas particuliers liés aux produits Novartis dans les 24 heures suivant leur réception ~ Distribution d’échantillons de commercialisation (le cas échéant) Key Performance Indicators ~ Satisfaction interne de la clientèle quant à la qualité, à la pertinence et à l’actualité des analyses financières fournies ~ Satisfaction du client concernant la fourniture de services et les KPI spécifiques au processus, conformément aux SLA convenus Work Experience ~Gestion et exécution des opérations Skills ~Pensée critique ~Résolution rapide des problèmes ~Résilience ~Accepter le changement ~Amélioration continue des processus ~Nettoyage / Normalisation des données ~Comptabilité générale ~Rapports financiers et de gestion ~Conformité et contrôles ~Taxe Language Anglaisnullnull
