Located in more that 50 countries.Is looking for a_ Channel Order Management & Sales Support Specialist_**Job Responsabilities**:- Use SFDC and CPQ support Sales with Quoting, Purchase Order review- Use various ERPs to enter sales orders, send invoices, transact credit and rebills- Use various software licensing tools to create and manage software licenses- Help management to maintain the governance of the channel program- Able to follow rules and to push back to help enforce and maintain structure within the channel program- Drive advocacy of the program - promoting the Channel program through other- Manage POs and Invoicing on Customer Portals- Support Customer onboarding- Support Sales with forecasting by updating Opportunity records in SFDC- Participate in the development of tools and documentation to increase the efficiency of the sales process.- Provides input, documentation & feedback to Commercial Operations Manager & Sales Engineers as required.**Qualifications**:- Must be proficient in English; ability to read, write and speak English fluently.- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Sales support role.- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- SFDC, CPQ experience preferred.- LX, Navision, Business Central and Intacct ERP experience preferred.- Ability to establish excellent working relationships with outside sales engineers, customers, management, and various internal departments.- Demonstrated efficiency to work in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
