We are hiring a **Legal Intake Specialist** to join our team**Responsibilities**:As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will:- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing excellent customer service.- Gather and document critical information related to client cases.- Conduct preliminary assessments to determine case eligibility.- Schedule consultations and follow up with clients as needed.- Maintain accurate and organized records in our case management system.- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless case intake processes.- Handle client inquiries and provide timely updates regarding their cases.**Requirements**:- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.- Experience in customer service, administrative roles, or a legal setting is a plus.- This is an Onsite._Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
