Are you bilingual in English and Spanish and looking for an exciting opportunity to work onsite with a U.S.based law firm? We are hiring a **Legal Intake Specialist** to join our team

**Responsibilities**:
As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will:

- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Gather and document critical information related to client cases.
- Conduct preliminary assessments to determine case eligibility.
- Schedule consultations and follow up with clients as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in our case management system.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless case intake processes.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely updates regarding their cases.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service, administrative roles, or a legal setting is a plus.
- This is an Onsite._
