**The Medical Costs Negotiator is responsible for calculating and negotiating acceptable payments for medical procedures and services. Work includes updating patient data, developing cost agreements with facilities and insurance companies, and preparing proposals for the clients.****RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Negotiating costs with medical facilities and insurance companies.- Submitting billing data and claims to insurance companies.- Updating and maintaining accurate patient medical information.- Addressing financial discrepancies and following up on them.- Reviewing and verifying patient bills for accuracy.- Handling appeals for denied claims.- Managing billing software updates and collection reports.**REQUIREMENTS**:- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a medical biller or similar role.- Solid understanding of billing software and electronic medical records.- Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities.- **Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English)**:- Medical Negotiations Experience- Experienced in reaching out to Medical Facilities and Insurance CompaniesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $10,000.00 - $15,200.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Trabajo desde casa- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono mensualExperiência:- Medical Billing: 1 año (Deseable)- Medical Negotiations: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
