We’re looking for **dedicated, long-term team members** who uphold high standards of excellence and strongly desire to **learn, grow, and advance professionally**.**Position Description**:- **100% Remote**:**Key Responsibilities**:- **Schedule Creation and Management**: Develop and maintain staffing schedules for all clinical locations, including proceduralists (e.g., physicians and specialists performing medical procedures). Ensure schedules align with facility needs, patient volumes, and regulatory requirements.- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**: Communicate regularly with facility managers to gather input on staffing needs, preferences, and constraints. Coordinate with proceduralists to accommodate their specialized schedules and availability.- **Time Off Management**: Process and approve time off requests (PTO/UTO, Holidays) from staff, ensuring they are tracked accurately and integrated into the overall schedule. Identify and secure coverage for approved absences to maintain adequate staffing levels.- **Contingency Planning**: Prepare for unexpected events, including call-ins (e.g., sick days or emergencies), by maintaining backup staffing pools and flexible contingency plans. Adjust schedules in real-time to minimize disruptions to patient care.- **Travel Coordination**: Manage staff travel between locations, ensuring efficient routing and assignments to reduce unnecessary trips. Identify opportunities to cut travel costs through strategies like consolidating shifts, optimizing location assignments, or utilizing virtual alternatives where appropriate.- **Tool Utilization**: Proficiently use Google Sheets for data tracking, schedule modeling, and reporting; integrate with Google Calendar for real-time updates, reminders, and shared visibility among teams.- **Cost Optimization**: Monitor and analyze travel-related expenses, proposing adjustments to schedules that lower costs without compromising care quality or staff satisfaction.- **Reporting and Compliance**: Generate reports on staffing metrics, track adherence to schedules, and ensure all activities comply with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.- **HR Strategy & Execution**: Oversee payroll, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. Develop and implement HR policies aligned with strategic goals & legal compliance. Manage compensation and benefits programs.- **People Operations**: Guide managers and staff on HR issues; foster a culture of excellence. Conduct drug and background checks; ensure regulatory compliance.**Requirements**:- **Fluency in both spoken and written English is a must.**:- **18-month minimum commitment required**:- Proven experience in business strategy development and execution.- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.- Strong project management and organizational skills.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Process-mindedness, continuous improvement, and critical thinking are a must- **Expert in using technology**, specifically in using Google Workspace -- adroit with Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc, we use these all the time so you have to be good and fast with all.- **SMART.
